Your Mission

Lead the development of our core AI systems across agentic AI, predictive modeling, NLP, and matching algorithms. You’ll turn our unique dataset (1M+ profiles, 150+ jobs/day, 500+ resumes/day) into intelligent automation used by thousands of organizations.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior AI Developer, you will be a core builder of NexMatch’s AI stack, including:

• Agentic AI workflows powering autonomous recruiting actions
• Generative AI - job descriptions, translations, compensation benchmarks, etc.
• Predictive modeling (forecasting future role openings)
• Matching & ranking engines (Smart Match)
• Data pipelines ingesting from jobboards, ATS systems, and third-party data partners

You Bring

• 4–8+ years in ML/AI engineering
• Strong Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, NLP, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs
• Strong experience with:
  • high-performance web applications using Laravel and PHP.
  • SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • RESTful APIs and third-party service integration.
  • front-end development (Vue.js, React, or similar is a plus).
• Deep knowledge with deploying production-grade ML systems
• Ability to deliver fast in a high-growth SaaS environment
