TON QUOTIDIEN AVEC NOUS

Être responsable de la stabilité de la cadence Scrum et de la prévisibilité de la livraison des équipes.
Animer les cérémonies Scrum (planification, stand-ups, revues, rétrospectives) avec un objectif clair de décision, d’alignement et d’engagement.
Protéger activement les équipes contre la surcharge, le multitâche excessif, les interruptions externes et les engagements irréalistes.
Rendre visibles les compromis entre délai, portée et qualité, et faciliter les arbitrages lorsque nécessaire.
